BIM Methodology
Perth International Airport T1 Domestic Pier & International Terminal Expansion
The key to success with BIM delivery is dependent on:
a clear understanding of the client and project team's objectives
a careful assessment of the capabilities of the team, timeframe and budget
The ideal BIM process is one in which:
all stakeholders are committed to developing, and deriving information from the digital model
roles and responsibilities are clearly defined
a contractual framework that encourages greater collaboration.
