American Arbitration Association’s Phoenix Regional Office services the states of Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah. The office is available to assist with information about arbitrations, mediations and other alternative dispute resolution options through the AAA.

Hearing Facilities

The Phoenix Regional Office offers parties hearing room accommodations through a nationwide network of Regus Business Center offices (www.regus.com) at preferred AAA rates. For your convenience, hearing rooms of various sizes and numerous amenities are available to accommodate your groups needs. For information about conducting a hearing, please contact your AAA case manager.

For central Phoenix (at the AAA’s office location) there are four hearing rooms that can accommodate from 5 to 30 guests. There are 18 Regus Centers located within the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. Hearing facilities are also available at nearby hotels and other strategic partner venues.
