Bids made by telephone are carried out by a telephonist present in the auction room. The telephonist uses the German and English languages, if other languages are requested, please indicate this.

We will do our best to comply with your wishes. Our telephonists will contact you about five numbers before the item in which you are interested is called. Items shall be indicated with their number and title. In case of doubt, the catalogue number shall apply, any uncertainties, including those related to transmission, shall be at the bidder’s expense.

No guarantee shall be assumed for the handling of bids, except in the event of intent or gross negligence. In parti-cular, we will not be liable for effecting and maintaining telecommunications connections or for transmission errors.Telephone calls may be recorded; the bidder consents to such recording by submitting the application.
