I have edited this photograph to make the people stand out and become the subject of the photograph. On the light over shaded background.

¨  I like this edited photo as the building stands out as well as the way it has been cropped draws more attention to the front of the building. Also this photo shows shape and texture as well as structure.

¨  I edited this image to blur the rose slightly while showing the reds in the image a lot brighter and un natural than the original image.

¨  Negative space: to me this photo portrays this well with the blue sky becoming a very nice background for the windmill to stand out on. Also the image is right aligned which created a different effect than centre alignment.

¨  I created two edits of the same photo as I wanted to create two very different images with the same original photo. In my opinion I prefer the photo with the grey background as it causes the picture to stand out a lot more and therefore our attention heads straight toward the main subject of this particular image. Rather than being drawn to the bright background.

¨  Texture:

¨  Colour: (yellows and greens) Pastel colours.

¨  This also shows colour, as the sky is contrasting the bright green grass.

¨  I chose this image for texture because although black and white the texture in the drum sticks and the sofa still stand out . As you can see the distinct patterns in both.

¨  This image was edited quite a lot on photo shop. However now this picture shows color very well, as the blues and yellows have been enhanced in the image.

¨  To me this photo portrays line in quite good way as the strings on the guitar stand out because that section was sharpened on photo shop. Also I lightened the background to make the image look as natural as possible while the guitar still stands out on the background .

¡  This photograph shows shape from the lens cap to the range of shapes within the cracks in the phone screen.
