PIANO LESSONS 2013-2014

Dear Parents:

As a result of parent requests, we are excited to announce that we are now accepting new enrollment applications for piano lessons for the 2013-2014 school year. Students in 1st through 6th grade may enroll in piano lessons. Mrs. Debbie Flowers will be giving the lessons during the school day. If you would like to register your child, please read the information below, complete the form, and return it to the school with the appropriate payment attached. We will have a piano lab elective available for 7th and 8th graders; that is why they are not included in these lessons.

The piano program consists of approximately 30 private lessons, 30 minutes in length. If lessons are missed as the result of the teacher’s absence, a strong attempt will be made to provide make-up lessons.

The cost is $80 per month for 10 months. There is a 10% discount available to those who pay for the full year of lessons when registering. The cost of lesson books is included in the lesson fee. At least the first month’s payment, which acts as a non-refundable registration fee, must be submitted with this form. Please fill out both forms below. This is a commitment for one year of piano lessons. Due to the high interest in piano, lessons are available on a first come, first serve basis. Registration forms may be mailed to the school or dropped off in person.
