PIANO LESSONS (Grades 1-6) 2015-2016

Dear Parents:

As our piano program continues to grow, we are excited to announce that we are now accepting enrollment applications for the 2015-2016 school year. Students in first grade will be enrolled in semi-private lessons, with the option to advance to private lessons upon recommendation of the teacher. Students in second through sixth grade will be in private piano lessons. Lessons will be given during the school day. If you would like to register your child, please read the information below, complete the form, and return it to the school with the appropriate payment attached. Due to the high demand, lessons are available on a first come, first serve basis. We encourage you to get your registration form in as early as possible if youd like your child to participate.

LESSON: This piano program consists of approximately 30 lessons, 30 minutes in length. If lessons are missed as the result of the teachers absence, a strong attempt will be made to provide make-up lessons. There will be only one student in private lessons and two children in semi-private.

COST: The cost is $85 per month for private lessons and $60 per month for first grade only semi-private lessons for 10 months. There is a 10% discount available to those who pay for the full year of lessons when registering. The cost of lesson books is included in the lesson fee. At least the first months payment, which acts as a non-refundable registration fee, must be submitted with this form. Please fill out both forms below. This is a commitment for one year of piano lessons.
