1. INTRODUCTION The Central Social Welfare Board was set up by a Resolution of Government of India dated 12th August, 1953 with the object of promoting social welfare activities and implementing welfare programmes for women, children and the handicapped through voluntary organizations. Till 1969 the Board functioned as a limb of the Government and then it was registered as a charitable company under the Companies Act to give a legal status to the Board. The Board was given the dual responsibility of taking welfare services to the disadvantaged sections of society especially women & children, and also developing a nationwide infrastructure of voluntary agencies through which these services could be made available.




Open the CSWB app in any device to access the “Central Social Welfare Board” application

Following screen will appear: -




2. REGISTER AS COUNSELLORS To register as a counselor, click on “Register As Counsellors”. “Registration Form” screen will display.




Fill all mandatory fields

Click on Submit button, confirmation message will display and user will get registered as a Internal© Central Social Welfare Board

3. REGISTER AS FIELD OFFICER To register as a Field Officer, click on “Register As Field Officer”. “Registration Form” screen will display

Click on Submit button, confirmation message will display and user will get registered as a Field Officer.




After registration through mobile app, user registered list will appear on CSWB web application. Through web application admin will approve the user, after approval from admin then user will be able to login through Mobile App.

4. LOGIN After registration, user can login to the application.

Click on Login. Login screen will display.

Enter mobile no Enter password

Note: - In login form that Mobile no and password should be provided which were provided on registration form.

Click on login button, user will get login to application.




If user has enter that mobile no and password which were provided on the registration form of counselor than counselor will get login and if user has enter that mobile no and password which were provided on the registration form of field officer than field officer will get login.

5. LOGIN AS COUNSELLOR After login as counselor, following screen will display.

Submit Data – Through this tab counselor can submit the data for the new and old case.

History – Through this tab counselor can view the history detail of new and old cases.

On click on Navigation icon, following menus will display.

Case New Case Old History Logout

On click on “Case New”, following screen will display:-




Fill all the mandatory fields and click on Submit button.




On click on “Old” radio button or on click on “Case Old”, following screen will be display:-

Fill all the mandatory fields.




If user selects “Case Status” as Inprocess then following new fields will display in both cases that is NEW and OLD:-

Case Referred To Session to be continued Next Date of Appointment Next Time of Appointment




Click on submit button




History: – After submit data of new and old case, counselor can view the case detail through History Tab.

Click on History tab, History screen will display.




Click on Detail, History Detail screen will display. Details which counselor filled on Submit Data screen will display here.




6. LOGIN AS FIELD OFFICER After login as field officer, following screen will display.

Inspection Report – Through this tab field officer can submit the data for the Inspection Report.




On click on Navigation icon, following menus will display.

Home Inspection Report Logout

On click on Inspection Report, following screen will display:-




Fill all the details, click on submit button.

After submission, detail will appear on CSWB web application.
