I have focused the lesson on the Picasso portraits.Firstly, I’ll start the lesson showing children the magic box

(inside we have some laminated Picassos' portraits). We do the activity: Knock, Knock what's in the box? One, two, three open the box. Next, I’ll ask them: what can you see? Maybe some children can answer a face but my answer would be a PORTRAIT. We can see a Portrait! 5 minutes activity.

After that, I can guide them to talk about colours, shapes and also parts of the face they see. I emphasize we are seeing Pablo Picasso portraits, we talk about the one they like more. We can see a red eye, etc…10 minutes activity.

REFLEXIONS

It has been a very nice experience with very little children. They

really enjoy creating the digital potraits on the magic board.

They were motivated in the activities proposed. It was funny

to see their faces when the Picasso portraits appeared from

the Magic Box.
