PicMation
Pictures and InforMation
At the top of the PicMation you see the title bar and an animal portrait created with oil pastels.
The next sections of the PicMation display the student’s research paragraphs.
Borders illustrate paragraph content.
Paragraphs are mounted on poster board and attached to each other with cloth strips.
An illustration of where the animal may be found in a food chain is hung at the bottom of the PicMation.
On the flipside of the circular food chain, the student illustrates where
the animal is found in the world.
PicMations line the classroom walls as
displays at the Amazing Animal Museum.
Application of learning occurs in creation of
museum activities and interaction with
kindergarten learners.
