Recent exit strategies of APPs have been a purchase by an existing large company. The valuations have been determined based on the number of users not income.

•Instagram sold for 1 billion dollars after 17 months and had 100 million users.

•WhatsApp sold for $22 billion dollars and had an estimated 450 million users according to their only venture capital investor Sequoia Capital.

•SnapChat was valued at $10 billion with 100 million active users and 400 million picsper day.

A $100,000 investment will allow us to get the initial app made, competently launch the crowdfunding campaign, and recruit evangelist/influencers.

PicVidShare has no operating history and to date has not introduced any products and has not generated any revenues. Accordingly the PicVidShare is subject to risks associated with early stage companies, including start-up losses, uncertainty of revenues, profitability and the need for additional funding. Due to the nature of the innovation and uniqueness of the anticipated products it is not possible to estimate revenues at this time. There can be no assurance that the PicVidShare’s operations will ever generate revenues or ever become profitable.

FUTURE CAPITAL NEEDS:

It is anticipated that the investment will allow PicVidShare to enter the Crowdfunding arena. This will give us 90 days to achieve a successful raise. The investment and Crowdfunding will be sufficient for six months of operation.

At six months we will be a good candidate for a Venture Capital firm and will require additional investment of $2.8 million for optimum growth over a six month period of time.

Our current burn rate is $5,000 per month.
