About PILLS AND DOLLAR BILLS
Launched on an anniversary of a decade long friendship by two friends who wanted to create a fashion brand with substance; leading to the conception of
Pills and Dollar Bills.
We have created the sweatshirt that can be worn morning to night, affording comfort whilst reflecting personality making a style statement.
Drawing inspiration from the rise of narcissism prevailing within Generation Y, driven by the domination of technology and incessant over-sharing. Symbolized by a
flying pill embossed with a dollar, Pills and Dollar Bills satirizes this affected generation with an addiction to any high and a desire for more.
Pills and Dollar Bills customer is educated and aware of global issues, yet can look at them with cynical eye. Someone who is confident in their choices and laid back
with their style. They are interested in art, exploring new places and concepts, appreciate freedom of speech and are opinionated. Our brand shares those values and
expresses them in an impactful, yet stylish way.

The Art Part
Apart from wishing to create the ultimate every occasion sweatshirt, the artists we work with are the real inspiration behind the project.
Each season, commencing August, 2015 we will be collaborating with contemporary artists who each have their own unique commentaries on society with their art
successfully communicating it. We will collaborate with a different artist on each collection, giving the brand new energy and direction each season.
Street art is the form we find most liberating, controversial and current. Our sweatshirt is a new canvas for this art form. We want to give our customer art they can wear.
