To provide legal analysis support via opening and maintaining accounts for Wealth Management
and/or Institutional groups by analyzing basic wills, trust agreements and various other basic
and/or formed legal agreements which govern the fiduciary and non-fiduciary relationships
between the bank and its customers and to make determinations as to comply with applicable law
and regulations of the Comptroller of the currency and SEC. The information is then input to
various systems, (i.e. CMS, TAS & SEI) and summary of the relationship is prepared (when

Assist and act as back-up in managing daily broker documentation request fulfillment.
Act as an integral member of the Derivatives Committee to assess and address all
derivative related issues that may significantly impact all funds within the Federated
fund complex.
Act as an informational resource for Portfolio Managers, Traders and trading
management for all derivative related matters.
Work with multiple global custodians in an effort to provide expert analytical insight
and research on behalf of all Portfolio Manager and Trader requests to open local trading
accounts on multiple international exchanges.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the Head of Trading, Chief
Investment Officers, Portfolio Managers, Traders, industry vendors, global custodians
and the brokerage community.
Assist with the education and training of business and investment personnel and other
control groups concerning significant legal issues relating to derivative contracts.
