Sagar Institute of Pharmacy and Technology �SIPTec� is providing B. Pharmacy �� years� and M. Pharmacy �� Years� technical course that functions on the guidelines of R.G.P.V., AICTE and PCI.

SIPTec offers PCI approved M. Pharmacy with specialization in Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Chemistry. These subjects offer a very wide range of scope to its scholars in every sector of Pharmaceuticals like Research and Development �R � D�, Production, QA�QC, Academics etc.

The B. Pharmacy course comprises the study of subjects like Pharmacognosy �Study of the drugs derived from natural sources�, Pharmaceutics �Study of the methods of formulation of various dosage forms like tablets, capsules, syrups etc.�, Pharmacology �Study of the effects of drugs to the body� and Medicinal Chemistry �Study of the chemical structure and derivatives of drugs�. Along with these core subjects some allied subjects like Microbiology, Biochemistry and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology etc. are also taught during this phase. The purpose of the design and conduct of B. Pharmacy is to grant the complete knowledge to its student about the entire process to develop a drug and its dosage and make it available to the patient. The completion of B. Ÿ Interested Companies provide us with the necessary data through a Job Description form �JD�.

Ÿ We scrutinize all the JDs through our Director-Corporate Relation and then finalize the best possible companies. The Placement Cell and the Company fix a mutually convenient date and time for the presentation � selection process.

Ÿ We announce the visit along with the details provided by the company in the announcement form to the students.

Ÿ We ask eligible students who are interested in the job to apply for the job through our online link before the company visits.

Ÿ We provide essential details of applicants to the company.Ÿ The company re-confirms travel plan a week before the allocated visit date.

We take care of the logistics as required by the company.Ÿ We book a presentation hall and also allocate student volunteers to take care of the

team from the company on campus.Ÿ We announce the list of selected candidates once the company finalizes it.

Students sign offer letter and a copy is forwarded to the company.

Ÿ Rooms and labs for online aptitude tests, group discussions and interviews are also made available.

Ÿ A team of dedicated Placement Cell work to ensure simpler logistics and all other related issues regarding campus placements.

Ÿ Auditorium with LCD projectors and computers are provided for conducting pre-placement talks.
