Plan Binders

Hang-A-Plan binders are the heart of the filing system. The binders have

a strong super-continuous aluminium clamp which holds the plans securely and firmly together for

storage on a Trolley or Wall Rack. Hang-A-Plan binders feature a 3-piece clamp design for a strong and even grip and a centred handle for better load balance and carry comfort.

Choose between the time saving QUICKFILE plan binder, or the NEW economical GENERAL plan binder.

Plan Binders

QUICKFILE BindersSave time and money by taking the hassles out of filing. The patented QUICKFILE binder allows you to remove and replace plans up to twice as fast thanks to the alignment extension and quick release cam leavers.

Alignment ExtensionOne side of the clamp is extended. This improvement allows plans to be placed on the extension and easily guided into the clamp.

Quick Click FilingCut your filing times in half. The unique Quickfile cam levers open and close the clamp with a simple “click”. The lever base locks the lever in the closed position. The levers twist for easy clamp adjustment.

Longer Length ClampThe QUICKFILE binder is designed to hold USA sizes: 36”, 30” & 24” as well as the DIN A0, B1 & A1 sheets.

IndexingThe index label holder makes it easy to add and replace reference labels on each binder.

GENERAL BindersThe new economical GENERAL binder has a strong 3-part anodised aluminium clamp with wing nuts, a comfortable centred carry handle and self-adhesive index labels. Available in A1 or A0 size.

Premium TrolleyThe Premium trolley has a 25 binder capacity and features a fifth wheel for improved mobility and increased load capacity. Available in two sizes; a large trolley for up to A0 size binders and a smaller trolley for up to A1 size binders. A separate steel ‘Systems Shelf ’ is available for premium trolleys. This add-on shelf provides extra storage space above the trolley for associated files.

General TrolleyThe General Trolley is a lower cost option and has a 20 binder capacity. Available in A1 or A0 Size.

Wall Rack 1200The Wall Rack 1200 has a 10 binder capacity and is height adjustable to suit plans of any length. The double rack design alows binders to be inserted on the left or right side. The Wall Rack has an extra hard wearing nylon coated finish and will hold all Binder sizes.

Hang-A-Plan Front Loader trolleys and wall racks provide clear and easy access to all drawings. Binders may be pivoted and removed from the front of the trolley without any obstruction. The trolleys are made from high strength steel frames finished in a satin black scratch resistant powder coat. The top channel, used for suspending binders, features an extra hard wearing nylon coated finish.

The space saving CAD Mobile Project File efficiently stores A2, A3 and A4 size printouts. The trolley is designed to roll under a desk or workstation for quick access and storage. Organise drawings on up to 16 clamps with index tabs. The trolley comes supplied with 8 clamps.

Quick Access ClampsThe unique CAD clamps cut filing and retrieval time in half. Each high quality aluminium clamp uses patented QUICKFILE technology enabling the clamp to be opened and closed with the “click” of a single lever. The clamps have a tough black powder coated finish and are supplied with index holders and labels. Extra clamps can be purchased in sets of 4 (D011)

Space Saver TrolleyThe trolley is made from strong powder coated steel frames and is designed to fit under desks. The trolley comes flat packed and is very simple to assemble with a single tool that is provided.

CapacityEach CAD clamp will hold A2 - A4 size sheets and have a 60 sheet capacity. The trolley will hold upto 960 sheets on 16 clamps.
