OFFICE HISTORYThe architects’ office Planquadrat was founded in 1994 by the partners Herbert Elfers, Martin Geskes and Jörg Krämer and is operated as a partnership.FIELDS OF ACTIVITYThe service spectrum of the firm comprises of residential, industrial, commercial, laboratories and institutional projects.The field of urban planning includes feasibility studies, urban master plan, legally binding land use plan and services accompanying marketing. The diversity of our projects makes each one a new challenge that we meet with the great passion as well as individuality and professionalism.

PQ India was founded in 2010 under Indo-German partnership.PQ Germany partnered with Mr. Prasad Bhagare and Mr. Raghupati Hegde to form Planquadrat India private limited. Both Mr. Bhagare and Mr. Hegde are mechanical engineers with more than 15 years of individual experiences in building service industry and are running their own successful companies.

The team is handling more than 150 projects of various types and scale.Planquadrat, Dubai:PQME was founded in 2004 and currently has a team strength of 40. The team is handling more than 50 projects in the region.Planquadrat, India:PQI was founded in 2009 and has rapidly growing offices in Mumbai & Bangalore with a team of 15 and 12 professionals on board respectively.
