RACV Royal Pines Resort does not host birthday parties during school holidays and public holidays.

2 . Parties are for a minimum of 10 children & maximum of 20 children with the group including adults not exceeding 40 people. A minimum of 10 children on food & beverage menu 1 or 2 must be ordered.

Parties are 2 hours only; all party guests must vacate after the allotted 2-hour time period.

All catering must be arranged through the hotel excluding cakes and lolly bags

Parental supervision is required for the playground area.

A food & beverage attendant is dedicated to your event providing set-up & service. Please note: they do not provide entertainment.

Guests are welcome to bring alternate seating including fold-out chairs and picnic rugs for Children’s Birthday Parties. RACV Royal Pines Resort is unable to provide any additional seating.

$300 is required as a deposit to secure and confirm your date when initial booking is made. Deposit is non-refundable if party is cancelled.

In the event the Playground is deemed unsafe to use due to weather, RACV Royal Pines Resort will provide an alternate venue for this event. No alternate entertainment is provided, and no refund will be given.

Use of the Resort Pool and Water Park is reserved for in-house guests only and not included in Playground Packages.

Final guest numbers (adults & children) and catering requirements are due no later than 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the event. Any increases/decreases after this point, are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

In the event you cannot meet the requirements, your event will not go ahead. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, sign below to agree to these terms and conditions.

RACV Royal Pines Resort supports the responsible service of alcohol. The signatory/ organiser and function hosts will be held responsible for ensuring that guests behave in a responsible manner, respect the etiquette rules of the Resort and that guests under the age of 18 do not consume alcohol – waterstation provided for use.

General cleaning is included in the event costs. Additional cleaning charges may be incurred where an event has created cleaning requirements to be over and above normal general cleaning. Damage to the playground equipment or grounds could result in additional charges.

RACV Royal Pines Resort is not responsible for the loss or damage of equipment or goods delivered to the RACV Royal Pines Resort or remaining uncollected after the event.
