SFS Brand/Personal Brand Strategy

Photographed by Robert Jones Jr.

Our brand and personal strategy is a simple as 1,2,3. Since Remnant ministries is warped into one business, we know that in order to reach our markets, media will be our best friend. Utilizing everything from tv, internet, print media, electronics and basic word of mouth. By being a green company, we understand that making disposable shoes and garments not only helps our business, but helps the world. We also do not focus on the fact that we are a Christian based organization since the church of the Remnant believers encompasses all religious beliefs. Its walking right and living right that matters most. 6

Tag Line & Company Overview

Above, you will see garment tags that I have created that incorporate the company's tag line and mission statement. Shoes for Sole by Remnants personal and official Tag Line is Walking in the Word with a secondary tag line and mission statement, Walk, by Faith and not by sight II Corinthians 5:7. Our vision is to be unique, eclectic and diverse with a shopping environment that exists SOLEly by the Grace of god. 7

Within Cincinnati, Oh and the Orlando, Fl area, there are approximately 3 million potential Remnant Believers that can be reached.

My customer is trendy, fashionable and they dont believe age should limit their style. They are devoted to fashionable clothing and usually like high fashion over anything else. One thing about the Remnant Woman/ Man is that they do not believe in trends because they are fashion molders. The Remnant believer (as we like to call our customers) are the pavers of a new shoe era. They are distinguished, faith savvy and are a special breed when it comes to customers. This customer stands above the rest and has a significant glow about them that cannot be smoldered. She/ He wears comfortable shoes for church, work and play. So comfortable that she/ he will be so enthralled by their comforted feet, they will buy again and again and again, no matter the price.

This customer is 18 to about 60 and consist of all shapes and sizes. Remnant Believers are strong, independent and have no need to impress but do because they are charismatic and standout above the rest.

For our marketing strategy, we want to use the following ideas:Networking, using social media like Facebook, twitter, Google chrome, and LinkedIn, also hosting runway shows and galas. Lastly we wil use direct marketing. 12

Elaboration of Best Marketing StrategyFound on famouspeoplebiographyguide.com

Out of the five strategies, I really like Hosting runway show and gala events in store. Having an events at the store help to bring brand recognition to the community and media. By bringing people to where we are, we are making the gesture of sharing this special gift with them. High profile events give a bit of prestige to them, but we dont have that criteria here. 13

Budget for Strategy

This is my budget. We project that we will start every year with a $25,000 budget for Marketing. The projected cost for our strategies is $14,900 but we will only spend $7,985. With the extra money, we will try to find another marketing strategy to fulfill, or we will put the money back toward production. 14

S.W.O.T. Analysis

In the picture you will se my S.W.O.T. analysis:+ My Top strength is that we are backed by a non profit so we can raise money to help us stay afloat.+A Weakness is that I am a brand new owner but I have helped to run businesses.+Opportunities, I will be in two cities so there will be a bit more exposure +and lastly, one threat is allot of shoe businesses. .

I often get complaints about how a shoe feels & looks and by creating comfortable & fashionable with help us accomplish our goals. My target market likes to be involved with art and music so my marketing tools catch their attention by default. My partnering with non profit organizations, grant opportunities and making sales with help us make our profits.
