Fromtheisolatedchemicalheadtotheswitchingvalvetothematerialsofconstruction,CheckPoint’sSeries 8400 pumpwasdevelopedforcontinuous,accurate,andreliableinjectioninharshoffshoreandremotelocations.Nocompromisesweremade.Wedesignedthispumpforvital,mission-criticalchemicalslikemethanol,dragreducer,andotherexpensive,hazardous,andcorrosiveproductioncompounds.
Inorder tomeet awide varietyof chemical compatibilityneeds,wettedparts are available in anarrayofmaterials,suchas316SS,HastelloyC-276,Duplex2205,SuperDuplex2507,ceramicandtitanium,andsealsareavailableinViton,HNBR,FKM,andFFKM.AllconstructionmaterialsarecompatiblewithsourgasaccordingtoNACEMRO175 and ISO 15156. CheckPoint pumps do not contain any springs and have fewermovingpartsthananyotherpneumaticpumpintheindustry,resultinginminimalwear,effectivemaintenance,andultimatelyanincreasedlifespan.
