1. In the situation in Hong Kong, the level of the hierarchy is currently on social needs and is trying to satisfy the esteem needs

2. Government and society should cooperate to focus on the first four levels (Physiological needs, Safety and Security needs, Social needs and Esteem needs), then the highest level (Self-actualization) could be achieved finally.

3.Disabilities are difficult to have fully esteem needs in the existing Hong Kong society so that it is hard to achieve the highest level to realizing and achieving their potential.
