Nitta’s PolySprint finger-splice belting is made with a variety of covers and carcasses fora wide range of applications. Some belts are elastic with thermoplastic carcasses; somebelts are non-elastic with carcasses reinforced with polyamide or polyester fabrics.Nitta PolySprint outlasts and outmatches all similar competitive materials, with manyadvantages for end users:

• Greatly reduces costly downtime as a quick and easy-to-install alternative to skived products

Joining Tools

Nitta offers a complete line of high-quality, durable toolsfor making endless PolySprint belts. We offer finger-cutters, digitally controlled heating presses, coolingpresses, and pre-setters for splice alignment.

Nitta’s PolySprint tools make it quick and easy to replacebroken belts with minimal downtime. Our presses aredesigned with small profiles to fit into tight spaces, sothere is no need to disassemble the machine. Both 50mmand 100mm maximum-width equipment lines are available,accommodating all common belting sizes for printing.
