STORY OF THE CUVÉEThe unstinting care with which the Sisters of Charity looked after old people and orphans would alone justify their right to recognition and gratitude. In addition, many left their personal possessions to the institution. In the past, this has regularly been the Pommard Cuvée at the Hospices sale which is most greatly in demand, because of the superb density of flavour and potential of its wines.

TERROIRS & DESCRIPTION With the 2005 vintage, the Cuvée became 100% First Growth for the first time, following the disappearance of some rows of Les Noizons, and the arrival of additional vines located in the superb Pommard Premier Cru Les Rugiens bas.
