Recommended Stocking of Ponndorf Replacement Parts

Hoses. In order to maintain continuous operation, at least one hose per pump should be stocked by the operator.Note that hose life varies, depending on the pumping application. Contact Thermo Scientific for more information.

Lubrication. Special lubrication is required upon each hose installation, which should be stocked by the operator,accordingly. The PK series pumps require a volume of the oil-bath lubricant, upon hose installation, as follows:PK15, 1 L; PK25, 3 L; PK40, 8 L; PK50, 15 L; PK65, 25 L. PX, PD, PDX, PA, and PAX pumps use a small amountof the special grease during hose installation.
