SATE & XLight

butech therm panel XPS is a panel of extruded polystyrene, wrinkled and groo-ved surface and side tongued and grooved mechanized. The sizes of the panels are 1250x600 mm and are supplied in thicknes-ses from 30 to 120 mm.

butech thermocem is a cement based mortar single component modified with polymers used for bonding and plastering of polystyrene panels for outdoors thermal insulation systems.

butech therm mesh is a fiberglass mesh treated with anti- alcali base used as rein-forcement .

butech therm anclaje is a plastic ancho-ring with an internal metallic screw which ensures the whole system supporting the building bonder. Depending on the thic-kness of the insulation, the thickness of existing coating or plaster and the possible regulation of the support, the distance from the anchor to use may be chosen.

butech therm anclaje cerámico is the system whereby the ceramic tiles are an-chored to Xps panel and prevent its falling in case of wrong installation.

colorstuk rapid is a range of CG 2 class grouts (rated as per EN 13888), suitable for tile joints with a width of 2 to 15mm. Colorstuk rapid stands out for its easy use, resistance and colour fastness.

super-flex S2 is a highly deformable cementitious improved adhesive, of class C2TES2, according EN 12004. Suitable for fixing tiles over mortar coats in ETIC Systems. It’s specially recommended for X-LIGHT from URBATEK ( extra-slim and large size porcelain tiles).

Substrate preparation and tile fixing

Extruded polystyrene panels with shiplap in both edges of the board, according EN 13164. It’s an excellent thermal insulator that offers the following advantages:

• Closed cellular structure with very low thermal conductivity and high thermal insulation levels.

• Excellent mechanical properties, with a resistance to compression of 300 kPa. It allows to receive mortar screeds from 40 mm thick.

• Zero water absorption makes this kind of board a superior choice for roof insula-tion – flat or pitched.

• Good resistance to temperature and warp changes. It’s the best material for extreme weather conditions and freeze-thaw cycles.

Recommended applications:Thermal insulation in indoor floors.Thermal insulation in inverted roofs.Thermal insulation in pitched roofs with vapor barrier.

imperband is a waterproof membrane, specially conceived for waterproofing indoor tiled walls and floors.

Characteristics:Maximum waterproof protection using a product of a minimum thickness (0.5 mm).Tiled surfaces are laid directly on top of the waterproofing membrane. Good resistance to chemicals. Does not deteriorate over the course of time. Swift and easy to use.

imperband kits are waterproofing systems for wet rooms, made up of a PVC drain and incorporated waterproofing sheet.
