Born in Brasilia in 1990 and graduated in Architecture and Urbanism in 2013.

Architecture has always fascinated me. It feels to me as looking at the world with the eyes of an artist, gives wings to imagination, with

functional and constructive boarders, to search for beauty, to seek the great challenge of pleasing everyone, to make people’s dreams come

true, to transform spaces.

I always wanted to be an architect and work together with interior design, while I was studying architecture, I have been working for three

years in a studio in Brasilia, from 2010 to 2013, called Angela Brito Architecture and Interior Design. Work in this company was perfect to me

to to put in practice what i was learning at the university, but also to learn a lot of things that I didnt learn at the university, and with this

opportunity I was sure that I wanted more, a good specialization, outside Brazil will get me better prepared for the marketplace and enhance

my professional background. In 2014 I moved to Milan to start a Master in Interior Design at IED.

Location

A space inspired by the world Vanity, taht means needs of reflection, one’s self image and reflection of this

image. This images ar transmitted in the space through 2 paths that leads the client to 2 different worlds: the

hyperreal world, and the abstract world.

We have a block and when we undress it, it gives us 2 worlds: one solid and one transparent, and when you

look at them separate they are completely different, but when you combine them together they complete

eachother. The solid and transparency becames a reflection, giving you a completely new perception

The word "prison" is not a difficult word to understand: it is a place where freedom,

movements and access to everything is restricted, usually as a punishment for having

committed a crime. But for those who have already been convicted, a prison is

much more than that: it is a place where dignity, privacy and control are given to

guards and prison administrators, where isolation and boredom can drive someone

insane, and where the simplest of needs seems a luxury.

The prison system in Brazil has deteriorated with the passing of the years and in

recent times came to an unsustainable point, with much larger number of prisoners

than vacancies.

The objective is develop an agricultural and industrial prison, where education and

work can help in the recovery of the prisoners. To create a self-sustaining prison

where the goal is, beyond the social reintegration of prisoners and zeal for their

welfare through education and health care, an institution where the convict

produces essential consumer goods for their livelihood, and the surplus follows is

marketed, so the return of income is reversed to create new work alternatives.

Seeking to meet these goals, the concept of cells, suggests the construction of humanized and comfortable spaces that support only two people, with a spatial configuration that minimizes the feeling of oppression,

while also respecting the personal space with some privacy
