Key Points Highlighted
• The Q1 time to determine planning applications has improved by over 10 days since
last quarter, although it is still higher than Q1 last year
• The number of planning applications received in Q1 has risen through the year and
in particular is significantly higher than the same time last year
• Both the percentage of minor and major planning applications are achieving the
expected targets (to be set by central government)
• When compared to the rest of the East Midlands Councils Lincoln is performing
exceptionally well
