  • Print AdDescription:This print ad is an ad that I careated for an advertising campaign for Pizza Hut. The idea has been changed from the actual text that was used so that it would not cause issues with the current campaign. This stands as both a design and copy writing example.

    Date: 4/4/2015

    Course/Instructor:N/A

    Program(s)/Tools:Photoshop

Objectives:The objective is to create an ad that would get people to stop using their phones to order pizza. There are new ways to order. Use them.

Process:After getting a picture of a smart phone, and then editing out the text and making the new conversation in the text messages, I was able to create the situation. The text was created basing around an idea that has been used for a new campaign. I have used the green from the texts that were mistakes, to give the idea of this is wrong. The red text is connecting to Pizza Hut.

  • BrochureDescription:A brochure written to advertise a company that is focused around spreading the word of new bands in the eastern United States.

    Date: 3/28/2015

    Course/Instructor:Corey Kerr

    Program(s)/Tools:Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign

Objectives:Create a brochure to get the word out about the company, as well as

informing people about the bands they are currently working with.

Process:I first searched out the many pictures that I would use, while choosing a color scheme that I wanted to use. I found colors that also workwed well at showing the mood of a concert for rock bands. I was able to use the image of the guitar to figure out a design for the logo, while also creating a word wrap around the said guitar. I also needed to research concert venues to give ideas of where these concerts may be held.

  • Photo designDescription:A design created from an edited photo I had taken of my pregnant wife.

    Program(s)/Tools:Photoshop

Objectives:Create a design to work with the picture that has been taken. Also, create a flow with the picture used.

Process:After editing the picture with vibrance, levels, and color ballance, I was able to create a border that would be designed around it, as well as text that could be placed along with it.
