EXTENSIVE SUPPORTING EVENTS AT MEDSIB 

MedSib Forum‐2011 included 7 conferences, 120 reports. 845 experts from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhniy Novgorod, Omsk, Tomsk, Barnaul, Biysk, Novosibirsk, Novosibirsk region, Krasnoyarsk and Minsk. 

Siberian Medical Forum The aim of the Forum is discussing and optimization of health care development in the Siberian Federal District. Main events of the forum included: 

• Regional Conference «The issues of organisation and management of medical care quality in contexts of public health modernisation». Organiser: Ministry of Healthcare of Novosibirsk Region, Information and Analysis Center of management of medical care quality and prospective planning (State Novosibirsk Regional Clinical Hospital) 

• «Actual issues of surgery» Surgeon Forum of Siberia and the Far East.  

• Conference:  “Radiodiagnosis in Oncology” 

• Conference : “Actual issues of medical rehabilitation” 

• Conference:  “Opportunities of modern physiotherapy in physician’s activity” 

• Conference:  “Nursing care in Novosibirsk region: education, practice, science”

II Annual business section: “Business  in medical services. Administration.   Price  formation. Security. Quality. Insurance”. Organizer is the “V’DA” strategy communication agency. The purpose of the event is  to  discover  following  questions:  juridical  aspects  of medicine  activity,  licensing  in  private medical clinics, service quality of healthcare settings, protection of personal data law mechanism, etc. 

Scientific and practical conference: “Modern surgery of metabolic abnormalities”. Organiser: RZHD Jsc. Public Health Service, Municipal Health Care Institution: Road Clinical Hospital, Novosibirsk‐Main Railroad station, RZHD Jsc. The purposes of the event are 1) to show main aims of adiposity therapy and principles of its treatment 2) to give practical consultations of phase‐by‐phase and complex release. 

Seminar:  “Dental implantations in difficult conditions” (angular implantations). Organiser: Israel dental center. Mr. Igal Balan, the representative of “APEX” Israel Company, have shared the unique practices of making fixed dental prostheses on screw fastening to patients with complicated diagnosis during one day. Such solution is an accessible alternative to people rejecting standard techniques including attachment‐stabilized over denture.
