This tells everyone who reads the advertisement when the newspaper comes out, which is every Friday. The word free is in capitals and is bold, with a pink background so its stands out more, so people can see that it is a free newspaper. I chose to use the idea of the pink gradient, which I found in my research as I thought it would draw in my target audience, which is for girls. I also thought it looked fashionable and works well with my poster. I chose to keep to using white writing over the pink as I used it for newspaper. I also found out from my research that a lot of newspaper and magazine advertisements keep to the same colour scheme. This says where the newspaper is from. This describes what the newspaper is about. I have the title of my newspaper, at the top right so its stands out and people see it. I chose to use this picture for my poster because I think it would draw in people and make people want to look at the poster and find out what the advertisement is for.
