THE UTILITY RANGE

5kVA UTILIGEN

Small in size - big on power

The 5kVA Utiligen is a mobile generator with a secure grip frame and trolley system to allow easy movement around site. It has a fuel tank that runs for up to 12 hours and a control panel that allows you to digitally monitor the number of hours that the generator has been running. The 5kVA Utiligen is IP54 rated which means that the generator is protected against tiny dust particles and light showers of water - this protects the user and increases the service life of the generator.

Stable power for sensitive consumer electronics

Consumer electronics such as computers, televisions, stereo systems, heating installations and other electronic control systems require a constant frequency and voltage. The 5kVA Utiligen has a patented Endress Duplex Alternator which provides a standard voltage tolerance of 230V +/- 1%, protecting your customers and their electronic equipment. This means that the 5kVA Utiligen has a big advantage over conventional generators which can have voltage fluctuations of +/- 10%.

Versatile, tough, practical and safe, our 11kVA to 16.5kVA Fast Tow Utiligens are designed to give you the most power on the move. These fast tow Utiligen sets weigh less than 1000Kg including fuel and can be easily towed by utility vehicles such as vans and Land Rovers. All our fast tow Utiligens are mounted on single axle trailers for easy maneuverability in congested areas.

2000 Amp LV PILLAR

Used in the event of pillar failure, this unit can be rapidly deployed and directly connected to feeder cables using an underground connection. 2000Amp with 6 x 600Amp outgoing ways, this trailerised unit is designed for easy connection to single or multiple generators. The LV Pillar comes complete with custom built trailer, cables and cable connection kits.

FUEL BOWSER WITH GENERATOR CONNECTION

The 900 litre Road Tow Bowser allows easy connection to diesel generators. Allowing up to 50 hours running time, the Road Tow Bowser is the perfect solution for fuel on the go.

Included with the Fuel Bowser is a 12v fuel pump, filter and flow meter, and a 5 metre feed and return line with male and female ISO quick release couplers for direct connection to your generator fleet.

If you store fuel for more than a few weeks at a time you should have an effective fuel management system in operation. Fuel infection from water or other foreign matter can damage or destroy an engine, so maintaining its quality in storage is vital.

We offer a variety of fuel polishing systems and products that will take the headache out of fuel storage. Installed next to your tank, these systems autonomously clean the fuel without the need to have your generator running. Contact a member of our sales team for more details.

The series of 3KW - 30KW load banks offer a low cost solution to on-site AC testing of small UPS and generators. Units incorporate force cooled high powered, isolated resistor elements plus safety features including HRC fuse protection, isolation contactors and fan failure shut down plus 3 metre cable sets with matching connectors.

The Echo Barrier is produced using an optimal weight and density of PVC and is hand stitched to ensure that it retains the maximum level of strength. Part of the patent protected technology encompasses a unique waterproof lining on the back of the barrier.

The Echo Barrier comes with its own installation kit comprising of Bungee Ties and Hooks, reducing installation time by 80%. Use three barriers per 3.5m wide fence.
