The DOMCS Power Control System to Achieve The Best Engine Efficiency

The dynamic optimization matching intelligent control system (DOMCS) has the capability of making quick response to the change of operating variables in order to achieve optimum engine performance. It is fully integrated with sensors of fuel, engine oil, air intake, coolant and exhaust systems to conduct the real-time monitoring and auto adjustment on the system conditions, which can ensure the engine won’t overload when the excavator works with full load.

The DOMCS determines engine output power as per the external load demand, achieving the optimum control of excavator external load operation system.

The electric control module to achieve the best engine efficiency

It is fully integrated with sensors of fuel, engine oil, air intake, coolant and exhaust system to conduct real-time monitoring and auto-adjustment on system conditions, which can ensure the engine won’t overload when the excavator works with full load.

World-leading positive flow controlled hydraulic system

Advantage of positive flow controlled hydraulic system is that the main pump’s displacement is directly proportional to the signal pressure from the pilot joystick. The controller determines the flow demand and variation trend of the actuator, and regulates the displacement. A real-time match of flow is achieved in the system, i.e. “What you get is what you need.”

Faster arm speed

A quick circuit is added to the arm oil cylinder circuit. When the arm oil cylinder is extended, the oil return circuit is cut off and hydraulic oil flows from the return circuit into the cylinder via a check valve. The hydraulic oil in arm cylinder rod end does not return to the tank but goes directly to the cylinder head end. The arm speed is increased.

Saving more than 10% fuel

Faster Engine Automatic Idling Function

In high gear position, when all the joysticks are at empty position in 0.5s, Engine will slowdown 100rpm immediately, after another 3s, Engine will go to low speed(1400rpm) automatically, this function can reduce the nonproductive oil flow in hydraulic system, decrease engine wear, save energy and lower noise.

Three level air filtration

Three level air filtration system through per-filter and double nano material filter, to ensure that the engine is supplied with sufficient and clean air, resulting in higher power output and reduced engine wear.

Strengthed upper structure

Heavy duty upper frame designed with two main beam on the main platform welded with stiffeners, greatly improved the bending strength of the main platform. Large D-shaped section of the beam can withstand external shocks of high magnitude.

Robust undercarriage

X-type frame undercarriage with box-type beam structure are of high strength and stiffness, capable of withstanding torsional and bending resistance.

Under carriage are made with high strengthed alloy steel capable of wear resistance and long durability. Strengthened box type track frame and enlarged track pin effectively improves shock absorption. Grease lubricated track link provides good abrasion resistance and low travel noises.

Reinforced boom

Enhanced rear support and center bearing made by forgings, avoid welding stress concentration on the boom leading to improve durability. Boom is constructed with strengthen steel suitable for extreme working conditions.

Forged arm bearings redused stress and improves arm reliability.

Wear resistant bucket

Bucket bottom area are made by highly wear resistant steel plates make the bucket more strengthened and leads to longer service life. Quadratic arc shape helps to reduce friction of rock and sand during operation resulting in low wear to the bucket body.

EVI is the remote monitoring system for SANY C-9 Series excavators. When a hydraulic excavator is fitted with this system, data on the machine’s operation hours, location, fuel consumption, and maintenance status can be obtained remotely.
