Scope:• Audit Scope: 2255 Telecommunication Sites• Design & Build of Hybrid Power Solution that will guarantee a fixed threshold of diesel

consumption.(Advanced Efficient Power System)• Deploy & Commission solution across 1970 sites across three regions• Handover new Systems to MPI operations and Maintenance Dept. to Manage for 10 years.• Operational readiness: Fleet, Regional Warehouse/Offices, Resources, Training, logistics• RMS Installation and Commissioning• Replacement CAPEX every 4 years• 18 month ProjectDeliverables
