A normal distribution transformer generally Steps-Down the voltage from H.T. to L.T., however it cannot take

care of the fluctuating voltage and most of the times and at most of the sites, it has been realized that, the

problem of fluctuating voltage remains, resulting in improper function of electrical systems. H.T. Transformer with

Built In H.T. Automatic Voltage Stabilizer provides total solutions for voltage fluctuation and stabilization. The

unit is basically a combination of H.T. Automatic Voltage Stabilizer and standard H.T. Distribution Transformer

working in conjunction. These are available up to 5000 KVA in 11 KV & 33 KV Class.

Standard transformers can correct limited voltage variations and cannot regulate the voltage in 'on load' condition. The

only smart way to tackle this problem is by installing highly efficient H.T. Transformer POWER STAR'Swith Built In H.T. Automatic Voltage Stabilizer. These systems can be used in various industrial and commercial

applications.

CONSTRUCTIONThe Rectifier-transformer winding are wound with paper insulated Electrolytic Copper Conductor. Windings are

designed to optimize dynamic, thermal, mechanical strives depending upon the current and voltage requirements.Core is made from best grade imported cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel lamination. Lamination are assembled

with the help of special jigs to maintain minium air gap.Silicon diodes are tested in house. We are using 50% more capacity for better durability.We provided vertical rolling type of load voltage regulator. Our regulator are straight and ± type wound with heavy

section of copper strip and fitted with carbon roller which is suitable for 100% continuous duty cycle. These

regulators have economic life at 15-20 years. For painting, interior and exterior surface are cleaned by chemical and

coated with red oxide and 2 final coat of paint outside of tank body is coated for better and long life. We equipped

high quality meters, shunt, indicators, iccards, toggle switches and other equipment in rectifier panel.

METHODS OF CONTROLA. 15 step control : In this type of rectifier output voltage can be adjusted from about 40% to 100% Voltage

provided with four way 2 rotary switches of suitable rating.

B. 63 Step Control : In this type of rectifier the output voltage can be adjusted from about 12% to 100%

provided with four way 3 rotary switches of suitable rating.

C. Stepless Control : In this Rectifier output voltage adjusted from 0% to 100%. This is done by employing linear

type voltage regulator with motorized control.
