Jennifer Riis-Poulsen is a 2nd Degree Black Belt and Certified Chief Instructor in Martial Arts and Self-Defense, with over 12 years’

experience.

With statistics on emotional & physical assaults so high, Jennifer saw a need to help individuals feel empowered by teaching them self-defense

techniques in order to protect themselves.

an attack, whether physical or emotional.

DO NOT scream! Screaming is associated with fear.

Take control and shout. Shouting from your CORE makes you feel

Surprise is Key

POWERHOUSE

Attacker thinks you are a victim, but you are not! Responding immediately to an attack will cause surprise and shock the attacker. The surprise and shock can be enough to stop the attack.
