FraserNet Vision, Mission, Objectives Goals & Protocols

FraserNet is a global leadership network committed to economic development through education, training, and empowerment for Black people. Our focus is to train, educate, and equip Black people with new skills, new thinking, and new approaches for personal, professional, and financial success in the 21st Century. We have a continuing-relationship business model including memberships, subscriptions, conferences, workshops and long-term coaching agreements with our members. OUR VISIONTo lead a global networking movement that brings together diverse human resources, to increase opportunities, wealth and jobs for people of African descent.OUR MISSIONTo promote and showcase our members/partners’ products and services and help them achieve their professional objectives. To create a networking culture centered on “giving first” and “adding value” before focusing on ourselves. To provide our members unparalleled access to the people and resources they need to succeed. We believe there are five critical steps…let’s call them protocols for networking effectively in the 21st century. If you follow these steps in their proper sequence, you will never go wrong in the networking process, and you will achieve great success. They are:NETWORKING PROTOCOLS

1. Do your research first. Think about the person that you make contact with and list what you have to offer and present it first. For example – make a mutually beneficial introduction; share your expertise or excellence. Provide valuable information, but all must be helpful to the person with whom you are trying to build a relationship.

2. Lead with a thank you…and/or a compliment. Thank them for their time, for taking the call, for their email or letter. Thank them for sharing, listening, referring, responding to an email, letter, or call. Said another way, open the call with enthusiasm and positive reinforcement.

3. Making a proper introduction. Learn and use the FraserNet 20 second “sound bite” formula. Discover those things you have in common (such as a fraternity, sorority, personal referral, hobbies, colleagues and friends, etc.).

4. Build rapport. Add value first; help them with their wealth, health, or children. Be clear and concise on why you’re making the contact and what you’re seeking. Don’t force people to guess your agenda or request something they cannot and/or are not prepared to do. Give the relationship time to grow.

5. Follow-up with a thank you note. Let your contact know what occurred (resulted) if they recommended a course of action or a referral.

CORE VALUESWe Value:

• Service to others as the foundation of success • Learning and growing • The importance of family and legacy • Spiritual growth and guidance • Building wealth honorably • Being a positive role model • A strong work ethic and loving what you do • The importance of our relationships • Making the investment to succeed • Measuring success by the generational wealth we

transfer

GUIDING PRINCIPLESWe Will:

• Put God first • Foster trust through honesty and integrity • Give first, share always • Keep promises to ourselves and one another • Treat everyone with respect • Exceed expectations • Practice listening as the first duty of love • Use wealth as a force for good • Think hard, work smart • Practice humility as strength of character • Give thanks in and for all things • Live authentic lives • Honor our work as a spiritual practice and as our

gift

• Lead by serving

MAJOR OBJECTIVES1. To help Black people build wealth that can be

transferred intergenerationally. 2. To make Black people the number one employer of

Black people in the 21st Century.

ANNUAL GOALS• Double your streams of income. • A 50% increase in business relationships with Black

people. • A 25% annual decrease in purchasing from

companies that do not support us. • Save and/or invest at least 12% of your annual

income. • Declare yourself politically independent; vote the

person, not the party. • Save one child other than your own; with a special

emphasis on Black boys.

Please remember PowerNetworking is not a job fair or a business fair, it is a place where you build new relationships. How do you build new relationships? “You find common ground/bonds and build trust over time. The higher the trust the more willingness a person has to share their resources, opportunities, and key contacts. Yes, it is through loving, giving, and serving relationships, that things get done. Opportunities will present themselves only after a strong and trusting relationship has been built. So in the relationship building, PowerNetworking world,

slow is good and fast is bad.” – George C. Fraser

Greetings my fellow networkers!

Welcome to the 2013 PowerNetworking Conference; CashNoir: Leveraging Our Money, Talent & Technology to Transform Our Businesses & Community!” What a difference a year makes!

Over the next few days, our amazing training schedule will offer so many opportunities for you to learn how to leverage your money, talent, and technology. We have some amazing choices for you, including our social media and branding classes—crucial training that will help you gauge your strategy plans, and for measuring your

success. I want you to leave here with knowledge—the tools that will transform your businesses and community.

Because you decided to join us this week, I know you realize that real life requires time and effort…and I look forward to networking with you.

In such a short period of time, our world has become securely based in science, technology, engineering and math… We must continue to prepare our workforce and businesses for tomorrow—and in order to stay a head in this fast-moving, global society, we must

continue to evolve and “get together”, connect, and increase the power of our networking skills through training!

Why experience the PowerNetworking Conference? Because extending the reach of your knowledge is what makes you “amazing”. It’s what we’re about. This has always been what the PowerNetworking Conference is about. This goal is now more important than ever. If our community is not up for the challenge, we will be left behind; we will be “average”; We will be poor! Because today, being “average” is equal to being poor. Because today, if you’re “good” at something, you’re just average—just getting by. Today, excellence equals “good”… but to actually realize excellence, you must learn how to become “amazing”.

You and I must stay above the curve… we must learn to network using today’s technology to communicate and do business. At the same time, we still must get from behind the computer! We must get together to get a head!

Don’t be afraid to understand the power and importance of building effective relationships through technology...networking is—and always will be, a must!—at all levels of career and business, no matter what new technology comes our way; no matter what. The PowerNetworking Conference will provide you with the information that will prepare you for what’s going on now in the world of business; how you can grow in your career now; including how you can develop your networking skills and maintain the excellence that you seek. We want you to learn how to become excellent by being “amazing!”

If you want to replace your salary doing something you love, you have to be amazing in the 21st Century—If you want to grow your business, you are here at this conference center with many who are on a similar journey. They are sitting or standing next to you. While you are here, it is my hope that you learn to create a one-on-one communication and relationship that will make your life better.

I believe that learning is important, now more than ever. As always, I want you to have a better understanding of how to move from where you are now to “amazing”. If you want to take your skills to the next level, thank you for joining us. Let’s have an amazing experience as you connect at a different kind of conference...the most amazing experience you will have this year.

Stay the course!

Warmest,George C. Fraser
