ITL gained ISO 9000 quality certification in 1994, and was one of the first companies in the UK to be certified to ISO 9001:2000 (now ISO9001:2008 certified) + TickIT.

All operations, including software development and i:Sys, are certified.

We undergo a regime of regular check and re-certification audits, carried out by the independent auditors Det Norske Veritas.

We employ a dedicated Quality Manager to ensure standards are maintained and constantly improved.
