young people.” -Intern Mentor

“This program has set the blueprint for young aspiring
engineers and leaders (like myself). I have made life long
connections internally and externally. These relationships
span from Sodexo Vice Presidents to local community leaders
and politicians. I have developed connections with the
client(C-suite) which also helped in my professional growth.
Like Stephen Dunmore, said we have to able to take risk and
ask a lot of questions which has been essential in my
training and development.” – Denzel Turner, Intern

“The most exciting part of the program is the brotherhood/sisterhood that we
have developed during these sessions. You can feel that once the program
finishes you will always have a fantastic group of friends within the
organization and that is always appreciated.”
-Jorge Y., CSCRM
“I am very grateful for the opportunity to be part of this amazing leadership
program. Every session, I look forward to listening to the executive speakers
describe their experiences and journey in their careers. No one’s path to
success is the same, but what they share in common is their passion and
dedication. Having the opportunity of seeing the organization through the
perspective of other lines of businesses, has expanded my vision of what is
possible and how we are all connected through a common mission. I am
excited about my own personal development and the possibilities of what lies
ahead. The chance to connection and build relationships with other Hispanics
in the organization has been one of my greatest take away from the program.“
