Discrimination against women.

Discrimination-

is an unfair treatment of a person or a group.

There are many kinds of discrimination- for instance the color of the skin, sex, origin or religion.

Gender-based discrimination

Gender Discrimination

means unequal treatment of women and men.

Nowadays the research shows that women are treated worse than men.

We can see this situation in political life and professional sphere.

For example in Africian or Azjatic countries women can’t vote. They can’t be a politicial.

They also can’t work in police, army or they can’t be a doctors and lawyers.

Discrimination at work

Women are worse treated on a labor market.

For example the women have a higher qualifications than men but they can’t get a job or be promoted to the top menagment.

Different example is

When women who are pregnant , have little kids or older women can’t find employment.

In this situation every activity which helps women’s life is important and deserve tribute.
