World 1.234.000 incidences with the mortality about 608.000 (IARC, 2008).

Hypoxia-Inducible Factor (HIF)-1α is a protein that made of helix loop -heliks-Per-Arnt-Sim (bHLH-PAS) substances

Protein ini merupakan penentu dari bentuk dan aktivitas transkripsi dari HIF-1 yang merupakan pengatur utama dari homeostasis oksigen dan berperan penting dalam proses fisiologi dan patologi adaptasi terhadap tekanan oksigen rendah (hipoksia).

Apoptosis : the death of a cell that already has been programmed and also has such an ability to suicide itself through various cellular signals pathways. Apoptosis didn’t cause inflammation and didn’t harm another cells around (Edinger, & Thompson, 2004).

Nekrosis : the death of a cell that unprogrammed, in pathologic ways, and believed as trauma or hypoxia condition result and irreversible (Zong, & Thompson., 2006).

patients are examined or transmit the colorectomy to Cito Pathology Laboratory in January 2011 until May 2012.

Adenocarcinoma (operation) and another Pathological Anatomy examination from january 2011 – may 2012Adenocarcinoma Biopsy
