Introduction • In the US alone, business in the Aerospace industry in 2013

was estimated around $230Bn (source: Aerospace Industries Association)

• The Aerospace Industry has been steadily growing in Puerto Rico since 2004

• Today, approximately $250MM in goods and services and approximately 5,000 jobs with more than 1,000 more commitment in the pipeline

• We have heard about NASA, Air Force, Lufthansa….. • But, What Exactly IS the aerospace industry? • Following Slides provide a (very simplified) overview of the
