Dear Colleague, The Paediatric Hematology Oncology chapter of the Indian Academy of Paediatrics periodically organises National Training Programs on Practical Paediatric Haematology and Practical Paediatric Oncology across India. NTP-PPH is a prestigious program functional since 2006 which aims at training paediatricians across the county in early diagnosis, management and shared care of blood disorders in children. The Department of Paediatric Hematology Oncology, SSPH&PGTI, Noida is happy to announce that we will be hosting the Practical Paediatric Haematology workshop for North Zone at our centre on 12 November 2017 in collaboration with IAP, Uttar Pradesh and the PHO Chapter of IAP. The workshop focusses on common scenarios encountered in clinical practice such as anaemias, deranged coagulogram, thrombocytopenia etc. A pre-test and post-test is done as part of this workshop to assess assimilation of the topics covered during the program by the trainees. We hope to have enriching discussions on practical aspects of paediatric haematology with senior faculty members from far and near. Looking forward to welcoming you in November! Organizing team

The workshop aims at promoting discussions on common problems faced in paediatric practice with the participants.
