Preface
This Pembantu Rumah Asing Ku (PRAKUU) participant manual is
developed for the use of the participants during the training session. It
provides a useful guideline during training; hence it is important that
the participants read the participant manuals as provided for the
course.

1.1 Course Description
This course provides specific operational information on how to use
PRAKUU system in order to help the users on their day-to-day
operation.
This manual is designed to be used by the user (Employer). The focus
of this documentation is to explain about the application and its
operations. This document also serves as a reference for all those
involved in the operation and maintenance of the system in order to
successfully operate, administer and maintain it.
1.2 Course Objective
The purpose of this manual is to provide the users with the knowledge
on how to use the PRAKUU system.
1.3 Target Audience
The target audience for this training will be the Employer as well as
the users of PRAKUU Online application.
1.4 Prerequisites
The participants must be knowledgeable in:
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarization with VMS process and procedures.
1.5 Instructional Methods
The lessons are covered by a combination of lectures, demonstrations
and practical exercises. The questions and answers session will be
held at the end of the course.

2.1 Introduction
Pembantu Rumah Asing Ku (PRAKUU) is a customized system for
Invenico Asia Sdn Bhd, that automates the whole maids booking
process; connecting employer and maids agents through
interconnected business flow that automates the process starting from
maid booking until the final payment process.
Please refer to the following sections for details explanation.

2.1.1 Open Pembantu Rumah Asing Ku (PRAKUU) Website
User should register to the system in order to use PRAKUU application.
Steps:
1. Key in the URL address https://prakuu.my/register and Register Screen will be
prompted as following figure:

2. Key in the details in the required fields
3. Click on I have read and agreed with the Terms and Conditions to proceed with the
registration.
4. Click on Register button register the employer details.
5. Verification email will be sent to the registered email for verification purpose.
Employer need to login to their email to verify the registered email.
6. Once email has been verified, key in the URL address https://prakuu.my/login and
Login Screen will be prompted as following figure:

7. Type the correct Email Address and Password in the required fields

1. Click on the Profile side menu and page will be displayed.
2. All the details will be extracted base on the previous registration.
3. Employer can update the profile details.
4. Click on Update button to update the employer profile.

2. Click on Document Upload tab and page will be displayed
3. Employer upload the related document
4. Click on Upload button to upload the document into the system.

Steps:
1. Click on the Dashboard side menu and page will be displayed.
2. Employer selects the search criteria.
3. Click on Search button to display the search result.
4. Result will be displayed.
5. Click on Book button to book the selected maid.
6. Success message will be displayed and selected maid will be
added in the booking list.

1. Click on Booking side menu and page will be displayed
2. Click on Confirm Booking button to proceed to Checkout page.

3. Click on Payment Channel dropdown to select the preferable payment

method.
4. Click on Place Booking button to confirm the maid booking.
5. If Payment Channel is other than Online Booking, successful message will
be displayed.
6. Otherwise, if Payment Channel is Online Booking, online payment page
will be displayed.

7. Employer enters the related payment details
8. Click on Pay Online button to proceed with payment.
9. Once payment is successful, booking status will change to Waiting Agent.

2. Click on Pay First Payment button to proceed to Checkout page.

4. Click on Payment Channel dropdown to select the preferable payment
method.
5. Click on Place Booking button to confirm the maid booking.
6. If Payment Channel is other than Online Booking, successful message will
be displayed.
7. Otherwise, if Payment Channel is Online Booking, online payment page
will be displayed.

12. Once payment is successful, booking status will change to Confirmed.

1. Click on Booking side menu and page will be displayed.
2. Click on Name hyperlink for record booking status = Arrival Date
Confirmed to confirmed the maid delivery.
3. Click on Delivery tab and page will be displayed as below.

5. Click on the Confirm Delivery button to confirm the maid has been
delivered.

6. System will display message” Delivery date has been updated” and
booking status will change to Delivered.

Steps:
1. Employer enters the Email and Password for login purpose.

2. Click on the Submit button to log into the PRAKUU apps.
3. Landing screen will be displayed as below.

4. List of Maids will be displayed.
5. Click on Maid record where status = Arrived to open the QR code scan function.
6. Scan the QR code for the selected maid.
7. Maid status will be updated to Delivered into the system.

4. Employer enters the FOMEMA and PLKS maid details.
5. Click on the Update Document button to update the record.
6. System will display message” Departure & Arrival record has been updated” and
booking status will change to Completed.

This Pembantu Rumah Asing Ku (PRAKUU) participant manual provides specific
operational information on how PRAKUU System helps the day-to-day operation.
This manual provides a useful guideline during training as well as the understanding
on the functionality of each module and sub-module based on the respective user’s
role.
