FRIENDS AND FAMILY SPECIAL NEEDS

Thank you so much for your continued prayers for our family. The Lord has provided for us in many specific ways and we know that His provision is directly connected to your intercession. This past month has been a busy month of logistics in transition-ing to Canada, setting up our house, learning about what the Lord is doing in the area, and preparing for classes this Fall.

This week is the last week before classes start. The kids are wanting to enjoy one last week of summer vacation before they start back to class as well. Pray for the kids are they start back to school, particularly for Hudson as he begins his senior year of high school and needs the Lord’s direction for what’s next for him. Also pray for the Lord to send some rain to extinguish the numerous forest fires burning in British Columbia. The smoke from those fires has created a heavy haze over Alber-ta over the last couple of weeks, and has caused Stephanie’s migraines to increase. September Memory Verses

“In your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect, having a good conscience, so that, when you are slandered, those who revile your good behavior in Christ may be put to shame.-1 Peter 3:15-16
