FRIENDS AND FAMILY SPECIAL NEEDS

Pray for Erica Canaday while she is in Montana as a summer missionary. Below is a photo of her team. Last Thursday, we worked with an area church and went down-town praying for the people there. When we all met back, one group had another girl with them. Her name is Melody. Melody has been through a lot in her life. She was adopted, but it was pretty traumatic (she has yet to tell me the story because of the pain it left her). She is living on the streets and got in with the wrong crowd. They messed with drugs and the spirit world, and she became demon-possessed. She hardly ever slept in fear that the demons would hurt the people she knew. She is newly saved and wants to grow deeper in the Word, but she lives in fear. She joined us on our camping trip and slept most of the time, but when I had the chance, we would talk through her fears and run through scripture. Pray for Melody. Pray that the Lord would give me more opportu-nities to help her grow in Christ before I leave. I have her number, so I hope she will continue to con-tact me.
