1. If you are a cash buyer, please skip this step and move directly to Step 2. Submit a Pre-Approval application online with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Builder Division our lending partner at https://www.wfhm.com/loans/justin-pope. Click “Get Started” and proceed to answer and complete the entire application. When finished, click ‘submit’ upon reviewing and confirming your information to be accurate. You will receive immediate automated email confirmation. All potential buyers, even cash buyers or those who have been pre-approved with other lenders must complete this step to be considered for purchasing.

2. In order to complete your request for pre-approval, submit applicable, supporting documentation to Wells Fargo (Please see next page.) Alternatively, you may request a return FedEx label from the Justin Pope Team in order to safely send hard copies, or drop off your documents in person at the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage location shown on the next page.

3. Once your documentation is received, a Wells Fargo Team Member will reach out within 48 hours to review, request any additional items, or to confirm completion and pre-approval.

4. Our South Cove Sales team will also reach out to confirm receipt of your pre-approval. Those who are pre-approved will be contacted by the sales team to select your home and write your Purchase and Sales Agreement. Approved and cash verified Priority Registrants will have the first opportunity to purchase available residences based on the date of pre-approval.

Pre-Approval Process

In order to complete your request for pre-approval, submit applicable, supporting documentation to Wells Fargo. Upon request, a secure email stream can be sent in order for you to return electronic documents safely. Alternatively, you can request a return FedEx label to safely send hard copies, or even drop off your documentation at the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage location shown below.

Homebuyers will be added to the Priority List in the order that their Pre-Approval is issued by Wells Fargo. Non-contingent buyers will supersede contingent buyers. Zephyr reserves the right to offer units to internally identified VIP’s at any time and in any order without notifying Priority List. Being added to the Priority List is not a promise or guarantee of a right to purchase.
