The structure was erected over the foundation provided at site after applying primer coat of paint & also one finishing coat of paint. The purlin were made out of CR-Sheets of thickness as per drawing pressed into Z-Section.

The profiled sheets were positioned in roofing & cladding & fitted on to the structure using self tapping stainless steel screw with neoprene washer & then covered with PVC caps of the same colour as that of the colour coated sheets. The roof monitor was also provided along with stainless steel bird mesh fitted in steel frame. The roofing system has 5 % of polycarbonate sheets for the natural day light pass into the workshop specially ordered & manufactured to the same profile as that of galvalume sheet.ContdContd
