Annapurna: Genesis & BackgroundAnnapurna which started its operation as a non-profit venture (People’s Forum) in the 90’s, has evolved itself in variousways to become an NBFC-MFI in 2009, and continues to diversify its portfolio since then. The Organization whichstarted its journey from remotest villages of Odisha, now has presence in more than 100 districts spread across 12states of India. The states include Odisha, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Rajasthan,Punjab, Haryana, Assam, Tripura and Meghalaya. The Company has recently started exploring the untapped markets intwo new states of Punjab & Haryana. The leapfrogging growth has been ably supported by investors like BIO, SIDBI,SIDBI Venture Capital, DCB Bank, Bamboo Capital Partners and Oiko Credit. Annapurna’s focus during all these years hasbeen the poor and agrarian families living in the rural and semi-urban areas in the above states.

Compensation and Conditions During Probation Period (of 3 months), variable package will not be applicable.

After completion of your probation period, candidates will be in the training period for 9 months.

After successful completion of the training period, staff are given respective designation and HR Band.

The company will enter into an agreement with the candidate at the time of joining, where in both

the parties will have to compensate Rupees one Lakh only (Rs. 1,00,000/-) to each other in case of an

early separation before the completion of two years of service with AMPL. This is an effort to

maintain transparency and commitment in the relationship between the candidate and the company.
