They live in waters all over the world, in every ocean, and even in some rivers and lakes. Unlike bony fish, sharks have no bones; their skeleton is made of cartilage which lets them swim faster.

There are many different species of sharks that range in size from the size of a person's hand to bigger than a bus.
Sharks are thought to be the top of the food chain in the sea but the Killer whale actually eats sharks.
Not all sharks eat meat. This whale shark is the biggest species of shark but They don't eat fish and are not harmful to people.

Goblin Sharks look really ugly but that does not matter because they live in total darkness at the bottom of the ocean. Some people consider it as the ugliest fish in the world mostly because of its pink flabby skin and horned like snout.
