uPVC & cPVC pressure pipes I fittings I Valves

uPVC is highly suitable for both interior and exterior applications as well as for buried pipelines. uPVC is l ight and clean to handle and can be easi ly jointed. These Pipes are exclusively available in full range of nominal diameters from ⅜” for household supply pipe to nominal diameters 24” truck main. ½ inch to 12 inch is available in stock with Kitemark / WARS/ Certification. The PVC Pipes is also available in metric sizes from 20mm to 400mm and complies with DIN 8062, EN 1452-1 and ISO 161-1.

Thermoplastic PVC (polyvinyl chloride) Schedule 80 is l ight, flexible, and durable and provides exceptional corrosion resistance. Due to these and other properties of this high quality thermoplastic , substantial savings can be realised during installation and ongoing service l i fe . PVC Schedule 80 can withstand temperatures up to 140°F ( 60°C ) . PVC Schedule 80 thermoplastic is highly resistant to acids, alkalis , alcohols and many other corrosive materials . PVC Schedule 80 is ideal for process piping and most service piping applications.

uPVC underground drainage systemsSewer drain pipes are a proven part of modern building and civil engineering for sewerage and drainage application.

The sewer drain system is manufactured in sizes from 110mm to 630mm with a single wall thickness to diameter ration of SDR41.

Pipes can be supplied with either plain, solvent weld or integral push-fit joints. The range is manufactured according to BSEN1401 Standard with kitemark certification.

uPVC non pressure soil and waste systemsSoil and waste systems provide an e�cient means of drainage of waste water and foul discharge in both single and multistorey buildings.

The push-fit joints allow for pipe expansion and incorporate a patented purpose designed sealing method.

HDPE, MDPE, LDPE PRESSURE SYSTEMS

Pipes made of HD-PE have been used for decades in water and gas supply as well as waste water disposal

applications and have proven themselves countless t imes. The fusibil ity of the material as optimal joining method

plays a major role in this success story. Because of the broad market acceptance as well as the extended options in

pipe production, pipings made of HD-PE are moving into ever-larger dimensions. Pipe layers at construction sites

worldwide are thus confronted with new challenges, both with regard to the handling of fittings and the joining

technology.

The pipe technology includes almost al l products for joining large pipings ranging from d 250 to d 1200. major

application-technical knowhow, high product and service quality as well as innovation. This was the basis for the

development of a product portfol io specifically designed to meet the requirements of the joining of large pipes.

HTPP SAFE

HTPP pipes and fittings for domestic sewage along with the corresponding connectors are designed to remove all kinds of waste water

within the facilities. Very easy to install and connect, the rubber ring provides complete seal. Maximum temperature of + 90° C. Peštan HT(PP)

pipe products is the latest, revolutionary technology as a three-layer composite pipe with excellent mechanical characteristics. The inner

layer of the pipe is in white color. This layer allows easy inspection of the pipeline with cameras which is a condition in modern housing

construction.

Peštan silent piping system is a promoted version of Peštan

HTPP home sewage system and it is specially designed for

installation in places where sound insulation is taken into

account. Installed with special pipe clamps ( with profiled

rubber ring) provides reduction in noise an acoustic vibrations

up to level of 12dB*. The latest technology of three-layer extru-

sion pipe and materials modified with mineral additivies have

raised disposal of waste water systems within the building

structure on a higher level.
