It all started… in 2009.

That was the year that Dennis Becker paid 32K for Premium Quality

Content (in the form of webinars) from Jason Fladlien and Robert

Plank… and didn’t look back since.

Possibly your first thought would be… what a huge amount of money

Especially as Dennis wasn’t content with just webinars… he also

wanted to provide additional educational opportunities for people

who learned better via reading.

And boom – there went *another* 4K to get all those webinars

transcribed into Microsoft Word documents.

So right from the getgo, Dennis was down 36 thousand dollars… and

what did he have to show for that?

It’s simple.

Ah, the Saga of the Daily Seminar PLR!

Such a profitable endeavor it proved to be…

And the best thing is, Dennis and Barb simply *made* it happen.

Here’s how.

First, we had to decide…

What makes for a good launch?

A good launch is one that makes customers happy via quality content and affiliates happy via offers with upsells that convert.

And because these days people tend to have a very short attention span…

You generally want to create a front-end offer that is either:

• One problem, one solution

Or

• Contains a bundle slice (aka, perhaps 1/4th or 1/10th of the




entire PLR package)

So the first time we used the Daily Seminar PLR in a launch, we took the unusual angle of sectioning out 1/10th of the entire package, mixed it with some other writing we owned, and used it as part of our first Evergreen PLR launch.

Thus was born:

Yep – we offered a boatload of fresh content that *included* 15 premium transcripts from the 169 original.

But! One of the upsells was the PLR rights to the ENTIRE package:

Keep in mind, that was JUST 2 of the upsells, which was entirely Daily Seminar content, not the parts that were mixed with the other writing.

We did the same thing for the next launch – this time, we sectioned off 320K words like so:

Now, notice how less people bought during this second launch?

It makes sense as a large number bought during the first launch!

Still though, the profits generated for *just* the Daily Seminar PLR are quite nice indeed.

The 3rd launch… we decided to boldly offer 500K words:

All of the income figures that you’ve seen so far have just been from the use of the Daily Seminar content, on the Warrior Plus platform, since April 2017.

So as to the final profits from just that one place, for just that short time frame, if you were to go back and add up the amounts in the right hand columns, were $28,684.00.

Of course, this content has been used many times in many other places since purchased back in 2009, sold separately on Dennis’

Nanacast platform, sold simply with plain old PayPal buttons, used as leadgen material to build email lists, used as content for his membership sites (plural) which caused extra signups and longer member retention.

Some small sections were sliced out and used as bonuses to entice people to purchase other products, either our own, or affiliate offers.

Dennis estimates that the return on his $36,000 investment is well in excess of $250,000 (a quarter of a million dollars).

But that’s not the point, and it’s not to brag about how a single transaction made a decade ago has been so beneficial and profitable…

It’s to illustrate the benefit of purchasing premium content with private label and/or resell rights to build your business…

… which is something you can do as well. Easily.

You don’t have to spend nearly as much as Dennis spent. In fact later on in this report I’ll explain how you can spend a very small percentage of that amount and piggyback on the Daily Seminar purchase that he made years ago.

But first…

Not all PLR is created equally, of course.

Much (MOST) is created to sell as PLR alone.

That means the creators are just writing for profit from selling licenses. In other words. they aren’t so much concerned about what the end user/reader gets out of the content.




As far as they are concerned, once written, they go on to writing the next batch.

I’m not saying that all PLR written in this way is bad… but a lot of it is just not as premium as others.

What Dennis likes to look for is PLR that is written by an author that mainly intends to sell or use the content for profit himself or herself.

And then goes on to offer licenses as an afterthought.

Which is exactly what happened with the Daily Seminar content.

Remember: It was originally a membership site created by Jason Fladlien and Robert Plank. They sold memberships and members paid $47 per month to access new content every week.

Dennis was one of the members, so he knew first hand the quality and the feedback from other members was hugely positive.

Then, when Jason and Robert got tired of the weekly grind of creating new seminars, he negotiated to purchase the site, and exclusive use of the content.

This was perhaps an uncommon situation, but not totally unique.

As you can see with the screen shots and links to some of the DennisAndBarb offers on Warrior Plus, we’ve taken content that was profitable in other ways (not written to be PLR), and offered licenses so that others can profit from proven profitable content.

Idea 4.) How You Can Find and Profit from Premium PLR Material

So what does this all mean for you?

Well, back in 2009, Dennis was sort of just starting out, and hadn’t yet become quite so prolific in product creation as he is now.

And he had membership sites that were always in need of fresh content to keep the members happy.

So he started seeking out and using PLR to fill up those sites.

He didn’t use the “made for PLR” type of PLR, he used the types we’ve been talking about in the prior section.

Different, and excellent.

But of course not everyone following Dennis was a member of any of his membership sites, so he started also making that content available to others, generally for personal use only, because…

… the information was generally evergreen and valuable, which is exactly why those in his membership sites stayed around, to get first access to what Dennis found for them.

Others paid a fair price, and it brought in profits.




Yes, he used Daily Seminar content that we’ve been mentioning over and over, but he also found other sources, “auditioned” them, and kept coming back to a very small minority of those sources that proved to be worthy.

Appendix 1 below has a short list of who Dennis never hesitates to recommend and personally use.

That appendix, as mentioned, is a short list… very short.

It certainly doesn’t mean to exclude other wonderful sources of premium PLR.

When YOU start using and profiting from PLR, you will naturally start seeking out new sources of your own, and I encourage you to do so.

Keep the prior pages in mind, though.

If the price of PLR or resell rights material is very low, Dennis stays away. Far away.

It means that everybody and their cousins will be purchasing, and there will be a glut of the same content surfacing everywhere.

If the price is high, then it means that only serious business people will purchase it. It also might be limited in nature so that the above-mentioned glut will not happen.

You want to be one of the few with the excellent material. You don’t want to be a “me too” kind of marketer, do you?

Before we move on to the appendices of our recommended resources, I’d like to point you to an amazing report written by one of the people on the list of recommended PLR providers.




You may have heard of Jimmy D. Brown.

Jimmy claims to have “invented” the private label rights industry, at least as far as in the infoproduct market. Some don’t agree with that claim, but regardless, Jimmy has been providing premium PLR since very early in the 21st century (almost 20 years as of this writing).

He’s recently written a report titled “Licensed to Sell” in which he narrates 27 lessons about unique and profitable ways to use PLR material. The lessons are in audio format, as well as a compiled transcript of the 27 lessons.

At the top of the list is Jimmy D. Brown, who I just mentioned above as the inventor of the PLR industry, and a man who continues to produce premium material on a regular basis.

I’ll try to keep that list up to date for you.

My next favorite PLR provider is Coach Glue, owned by Nicole Dean and Melissa Ingold.

Dennis started with them by joining their Teach Your Tribe membership, which doesn’t seem to be available separately anymore. For a small amount he would get a monthly report that he used in his membership sites.

Then he started buying other reports from them a la carte, and it became obvious that he should join their VIP Club, which he did.

That all-access ticket gives access to not only the Teach Your Tribe content, but monthly planners and quarterly workshop courses, and occasional special additions to the club.
