Get GoingTaking a Videocon Prepaid connection is very simple

Visit your nearest ‘Videocon’ Showroom/’Next’ Showroom to get a new prepaid connection.

You are required to carry a copy of your latest passport size photograph, address proof and ID proof.

On purchasing a new Videocon connection, you will be given a Start up kit* that will contain your SIM Card, Customer Application form and a booklet giving information pertaining to the services availed. The SUK will also give the base Tariff* availed and the terms & conditions** of the services offered.

Please fill the Videocon CAF(Customer Application Form) with all the required details.

Paste your passport size photograph on the space provided in the CAF.

Please do a self-attestation of all the documents submitted.

Your signature on the CAF should match the signature on POA (Proof of Address) and POI (Proof of Identity).

Also mention your PAN card number in the space provided. In case you don’t have a PAN card, you are required to sign Form 60/61 (which is a part of the CAF).

Please pay for the plan you have selected. Your Videocon Number will be activated within

next 4 working hours.
